Price includes:

• Accommodation, treatment
• up to 35 procedures per week, working days from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays).
• up to 5x 1h Individual exercises (kinesio- & manual therapy) with physiotherapist per week.
• 2x mechanical massage – hydro-jet per week.

• 3 meals per day, meals tailored to the individual requirements and wishes of guests (three meals a day – stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast departure).
• 2 medical examinations, one in the beginning and the second in the end.
• 2 physiotherapy consultations, one in the beginning and the second in the end.
• Complete lab test: morphology, lipid profile, creatinine, glucose, urea, TSH, AST, ALT, HbA1c, (thyroid hormone, liver and kidney function test)
• Echocardiography, ECG and consultations with Specialists in Internal Medicine and Cardiology
• Entry to the swimming pool with healing thermal water (30 minutes) on each day.
• Consultation with a dietitian – the possibility of developing an individual diet.
• Drinking treatment with thermal water (crenotherapy).
• Steam and dry sauna.
• Therapeutic gymnastics in the Spa Park (in summer).

UROLOGICAL PROGRAM

Rehabilitation in urinary retention

Package “Rehabilitation in Urinary Tract Injury”

This program is aimed at people with incontinence problems in both men and women. Incontinence occurs at any age and in both genders, but is more common in the elderly. Incontinence is always an abnormal symptom and should not be assumed to be one of the resulting symptoms, for example aging often, if left untreated, leads to a significant reduction in well-being by limiting physical activity, social contacts, family contacts, and often occupational work.

Price includes:

• Food (three meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner).
• 25 procedures per week (from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays) – in case of holidays, treatment dates are set for working days.
• Specialized medical examination, urology and physiotherapy.
• Nursing and emergency medical care.
• Drinking therapy (resonance therapy).
• 1x consultation with urologist at KCM.

Procedures included in the program:

• An individualized exercise program designed for incontinence of the following:
• Functional training: abdominal, spinal muscles while reducing pressure in the abdominal cavity.
• Functional training: exercises that simulate the movement that is performed in everyday life, causing a problem such as urine loss.
• Bone movement: pubic symphysis, sacroiliac joints.
• Exercises to increase the range of motion of the pelvis.
• All other activities that lead to the normalization of muscle tension and the restoration of normal movement in the joints and correct posture.
• Daily practice (learning proper posture for standing and sitting, correct sneezing, coughing, lifting heavy objects).
• Toilet training (learning proper urination).
• Recommendations for daily activities – Choosing shoes.
• Learn how to breathe correctly in the abdomen and lateral costal system.
• Pelvic muscle training with biofeedback.
• High intensity electromagnetic stimulation (Salus Talent Pro) of the pelvic muscles (in the absence of contraindications).
• Mud compresses in the lumbosacral vertebrae area.
• Other treatments included in the accommodation treatment packages (in the absence of contraindications).

* Outpatient – 4 treatments per day from Monday to Friday on working days from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays)

The minimum length of stay is 7 nights
