Mr. Mariusz Lorenc completed his master’s degree in dietetics, specializing in clinical dietetics. He further expanded his knowledge through postgraduate studies in psychodietetics.
Additionally, Mr. Lorenc is a licensed personal trainer with the REPs Poland (Register of Exercise Professionals) accreditation.
His work primarily focuses on patients dealing with obesity and metabolic diseases.
He is a member of the Polish Society for the Treatment of Obesity and the Polish Dietetic Society, confirming his dedication and professionalism in the field of healthy lifestyles and nutrition.
Mr. Lorenc serves as an academic lecturer at the Higher School of Engineering and Health in Warsaw, where he conducts practical classes with dietetics and cosmetology students.
His professional practice includes running his own counseling and dietetic office, where he provides support to patients with endocrinological diseases and obesity. Additionally, he offers personalized training tailored to the needs of overweight and obese individuals.
His extensive professional experience also includes working as a dietary consultant and psychodietitian at the “Otulenie” Eating Disorder Clinic in Warsaw, collaborating with a team of specialists dealing with eating disorders.
Furthermore, Mr. Lorenc has been involved in psychological support and has conducted workshops for individuals struggling with addiction and psychosocial competencies.
