Mariusz Lorenc, Master of Clinical Dietetics, Psychodietist, and Academic Lecturer

Mr. Lorenc is a specialist in the fields of clinical nutrition, diet therapy for obesity, and eating disorders. His work focuses mainly on patients with obesity and accompanying diseases, as well as diet therapy:

• metabolic disorders (insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes mellitus, gout);
• gastrointestinal diseases (reflux, SIBO, IMO, IBS);
• autoimmune disease (Hashimoto, leukemia, celiac disease, psoriasis);
• thyroid disease (hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism).

He is a member of the Polish Society for the Treatment of Obesity and the Polish Dietetics Society, which confirms his commitment and professionalism in the field of healthy lifestyles and nutrition.

Mr. Lorenc is also a certified personal trainer accredited by REPs Poland (the Register of Exercise Professionals).

The teaching activity includes cooperation with the University of the Higher School of Engineering and Health in Warsaw, where he plays the role of academic lecturer, teaching future clinical dieticians nutrition in metabolic diseases and gastroenterology.

Mr. Lorenc’s professional practice includes running his own dietary and psychiatric counseling office, where he leads his patients dietically and works on changing eating habits from the psychological side.

He adheres to a holistic approach to man and believes that nutrition and lifestyle are the foundations of our physical and mental health.
