Mango sticky rice
Recipe
Ingredients:
- Half a cup of white rice
- 1 glass of water
- Half a cup of coconut milk
- A glass of mango (half a mango)
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
Preparation:
- Boil water with rice, then let it simmer for 30 minutes. Add a tablespoon of canned coconut milk and a teaspoon of sugar to the overcooked rice. Stir up.
- Transfer the rice to small bowls and allow to cool slightly, then transfer to a plate.
- Dissolve a full tablespoon of coconut milk with a teaspoon of sugar and pour over the rice.
- Blend the mango into a paste. You can also use frozen mangoes or ready-made mango pulp.
