Apple pie smoothie
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Half a glass of water
- 1 cup milk (cow/almond or coconut)
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 apple
Preparation:
- Cut one apple into quarters and remove the cores. Then cut it into cubes and put it in
pot. Add half a teaspoon of cinnamon and half a cup of water. Cook covered for about 5 minutes. - Mix 1 tablespoon of oatmeal with 1 cup of milk, half a teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey,
blend until a smooth mass is obtained. - Blend ready apples until a mousse is formed.
