Mango sticky rice
Recipe
Ingredients:
- Half an avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Lemon
Preparation:
- Crush half an avocado with a fork, add a few drops of lemon, a pinch of salt and white pepper.
- Put the tomato in a bowl or cup and pour boiling water over it, leave it in the water for 20 seconds. Then pour cold water. Gently lift the skin off the tomato.
- Cut the tomato into small cubes and then mash it with a fork. Salt a little.
Optionally, add a level teaspoon of olive oil.
