Jerzy Kucharski, MD, has joined the team of the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the Musculoskeletal System at KCM Clinic. He is a specialist in orthopaedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system, as well as a surgeon specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.
Dr Jerzy Kucharski is a graduate of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. In his medical practice, he combines conservative treatment with modern surgical methods, with particular emphasis on minimally invasive techniques.
His experience includes:
- arthroscopy of the knee, shoulder and hip joints,
- reconstructive treatment,
- joint replacement surgery of the hip and knee.
He gained his professional experience in medical facilities in the United Kingdom, which enables him to conduct consultations also in English.
During consultations, he treats both patients after injuries and those with chronic pain conditions and degenerative changes.
His particular areas of interest include the diagnosis and treatment of:
- degenerative joint changes, especially of the knees, shoulders and hips,
- sports and overload injuries,
- inflammation of joints, tendons and bursae,
- overload syndromes, including tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow and jumper’s knee,
- peripheral nerve neuropathies, including carpal tunnel syndrome and Guyon’s canal syndrome,
- foot deformities, such as hallux valgus and hammer toes.
As part of consultations, Jerzy Kucharski, MD, also performs ultrasound examinations of joints (USG) and intra-articular injections, including those using hyaluronic acid.
Patients may attend a consultation in cases of joint pain, injuries, limited mobility, chronic overload conditions, as well as for qualification for surgical treatment.
