All KCM Clinic cost estimates are valid for 90 days. In order to book an appointment date for a planned Hospital procedure, the patient has to make a non refundable deposit in the amount of 20% of the total price of the procedure at any time before the planned medical procedure. In order to guarantee KCM’s patients to have the same access to our appointment dates we recommend doing the deposit on the day you confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be payed at the admission day to Hospital.
The deposit payment can be made thru our online payment system Espago via a payment link (that will be send to you by your coordinator) or by a bank transfer on the bank account of KCM Clinic (KCM Clinic S.A., ul. Bankowa 5-7, 58-500 Jelenia Gora, Poland; IBAN: PL 84 2490 0005 0000 4600 6111 9390; SWIFT: ALBPPLPW; Alior Bank, ul. Lopuszanska 38d, 02-232 Warszawa).
If the patient is unable to arrive at the scheduled surgery for legitimate reasons, and KCM Clinic will be informed at least 72 hours before the scheduled surgery, the amount of the paid deposit can be used for the same surgery within six months from the date of cancellation, but it can not be exchanged for other KCM Clinic services.
KCM Clinic reserves the right to the paid deposit of 20% of the total price of the procedure and the same will not be returned to the patient.
If the patient cancels the scheduled surgery and does not inform KCM Clinic, or informs KCM Clinic less than 72 hours before the agreed date, the paid deposit of 20% of the total amount of the procedure will not be returned to the patient, and there is no option of scheduling a new date for the service of which he/she gave up, neither the possibility of substitution for another KCM Clinic service.
At KCM Clinic we accept all major credit/ debit cards. Patients can also pay in cash or thru our online payment system Espago – simple, secure and comfortable.
In the event of paying for services with credit cards that are not on your name the payment is possible only with the presence of the credit card owner or with a written and signed consent from the credit card owner.
The Patient is obliged to use the services from the booked packages in KCM Clinic within one year from the date of the payment. If the Patient does not use all services from the package paid in advance within the specified period, he has no right to a refund for the services that were not used. If the Patient for legitimate reasons is not able to use all the services of the paid package, within a period of one year from the date on the cost estimate, KCM Clinic gives the possibility to replace the unused services for other services provided by the department for which he paid a package of treatments / services.
If the Patient does not want to use the paid package for any of the above options, the Patient has no right to a refund for the unused treatments.
If the Patient does not cancel the prepaid treatment / service within 72 hours before the agreed date, it would be considered that the agreed treatment / service had been properly completed.
It is especially important to note that the cost of treatment / services that are an integral part of the package is determined in the preferential terms compared to the price that these treatments / service have outside of the package. Therefore, the cost of treatment / service outside of the package is calculated at a price which is indicated in the unit price in the current price list of KCM Clinic for the month of purchase of the package.
